Interstate Heating Co. started in 1962 and we are still going strong and always trying to exceed customer’s expectations. We are under new ownership and are looking for HVAC Roughers, Gutter & Metal roof installers.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in the heating and cooling trade.

· Would like you to be experienced but we will train the right people and pay is based on your experience.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· High integrity with a strong work ethic.

· Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

· Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Physical Demands:

· Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.

· Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor.

· Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.

· Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.

Primary Job Functions:

· Complete all HVAC tasks efficiently and with quality.

· Build strong customer & co-worker relationships.

· Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.

· Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job checklist.

· Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.

· Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education & morning meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
