JOB DESCRIPTION
* Preferred experience performing service work on flat and/or shingle roofing systems
* Must understand and comply with sense of urgency involved in service calls
* Must have ability to interact and effectively communicate with clients
* Practice safe work habits and adhere to company safety policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Dependable and self-motivated, with attention to detail and quality driven
* Must have reliable transportation to office
* Must work well with minimal supervision
* Ability to lift, carry and move items weighing in excess of 100 lb. occasionally
* The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
* Ability to climb ladders frequently and work on elevated roof surfaces
* Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, including hot, cold, rain, snow and windy conditions
* Must have proper legal US work documentation / US Citizenship
* Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* Provide references
