What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and manage production supervisors and staff to achieve daily goals in safety, quality, and output.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching, and ensure consistent accountability.
- Develop team members through ongoing training, skill-building, and performance feedback.
- Oversee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.
Foster a positive and productive work culture built on communication, teamwork, and respect.
Production & Operations Management
Oversee all aspects of production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow.
- Monitor output and downtime to ensure on-time delivery and optimal productivity.
- Review production data and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped production floor.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost savings, process optimization, and product quality.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing PPE use, LOTO procedures, and hazard prevention.
- Support and oversee incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and corrective action plans.
- Maintain awareness of hazardous materials, DEQ requirements, and fire safety protocols.
Lead by example — reinforcing safe behavior and holding all employees accountable.
What You’ll Bring:
3–5 years of production or operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership and team development skills in a high-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards, LOTO procedures, and PPE compliance.
- Experience interpreting production data and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying temperatures.
- Exposure to welding, grinding, paint fumes, and industrial noise.
Must use required PPE at all time.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience) performance incentives
