Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes in our state-of-the-art facilities. The Production Supervisor will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are well followed. They will develop ongoing strategies that will maximize safety, stewardship, quality, and productivity. Role includes the management of facility personnel, raw materials and resources associated with the overall operations and output of facility.
- Oversee all daily operations of the plant, from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Develop ongoing strategies to maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Review all production orders and processing schedules, making critical decisions about workflow strategies.
- Implement and track quality control systems, utilizing feedback to reduce scrap and waste through employee education and other efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with Production Control on processing orders to support on-time quality, service, and delivery of products to every customer.
- Hire, train, and manage a workforce of over 100 employees in accordance with the company's core values, high standards of excellence, and workplace policies.
- Maintain product standards by implementing testing procedures, including sampling, inspection, and audits of all materials (raw, WIP, finished goods) to ensure the end result meets company standards.
- Manage all KPIs related to operational performance goals.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams within the organization to provide the best value in quality and service.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize "best in class" operational efficiencies.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in a related field.
- Ability to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency.
- High-performance team-building experience.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
