Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our energetic team on the 4pm-12am shift. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional support via phone and digital channels. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help ensure our customers receive prompt assistance, accurate information, and a positive experience every time. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling appointments, and troubleshooting issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills in our CRM system
- Assist clients with billing questions and process payments securely while demonstrating excellent cash handling and phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues through clear communication and analysis skills
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on service requests or promote additional offerings
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
- Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service expertise in fast-paced settings
- Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills, and handling cash transactions preferred
- Ability to type quickly while maintaining attention to detail; previous call center or customer service experience is advantageous
