We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
· Assist Retail customers and Commercial customers
· Deliver battery orders to commercial accounts
· Install vehicle batteries
· Tests, analyze, and diagnose battery problems
· Answer phone calls and assist the callers in a professional manner
· Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
· Stock shelves and merchandise products
· Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
· Develop and maintain knowledge of our product
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to lift between 30-80 pound batteries .-
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record required
