- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Handling daily deposits through a desk scanner
- Entering Filter Cost Invoices into the Service Titan system
- Managing new Preventative Maintenance Contracts and overseeing renewals
- Supervising customer invoice portal submissions and maintenance on online billing portals
- Sending out customer invoices via mail
- Coordinating payroll activities, ensuring accurate technician hours, labor costing, and hour balancing
- Engaging in general administrative duties
- Executing advanced billing functions and invoicing
- Fulfilling additional responsibilities as delegated
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting and general math
- Aptitude in data entry
- Ability to analyze information
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication
- Proficient in multitasking
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
- Service Titan software experience a plus
