I-15 Creative is a Las Vegas-based marketing and creative agency working across entertainment, sports, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. We partner with clients across brand, content, digital, and experiential to build ideas that capture attention, drive engagement, and deliver real-world impact.
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes internet culture. Someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but understands why they work, how to adapt them, and when to create something original.
What you’ll do:
- Concept, shoot, and edit high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more
- Translate trends, memes, and cultural moments into brand-relevant content
- Own the full content lifecycle: idea → execution → publishing → iteration
- Edit videos with a strong focus on hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to bring campaigns to life
- Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and shifts in audience behavior
- Capture content on-site when needed (events, activations, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
- Full proficiency across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Deep understanding of trends, internet culture, and pop culture
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects or similar)
- Proven ability to create content that drives views, engagement, and relevance
- Sharp creative instincts (you know what works and what doesn’t)
- Ability to move fast, adapt quickly, and iterate based on performance
- Comfortable being hands-on: filming, editing, ideating, and executing
- Portfolio or examples of social content required
Bonus if you:
- Have experience in entertainment, sports, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Are comfortable on camera or directing talent
- Understand performance metrics and how to optimize content
