Social Media Content Creator
THE JOB:
We want someone who's a little obsessed about making social media more social. To put it bluntly, we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content — not just someone who schedules it. We operate a group of restaurants people already love. Not because we say they’re cool, but because they are. Your job is to capture that and translate it into something people can't wait to see on their phones. This is a grassroots role for someone with great instincts, strong execution, an eye for what’s worth capturing, and the ability to take direction (and criticism) creatively.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
• Shoot content daily (iPhone camera — you know when to use which)
• Edit quickly and cleanly (short-form, reels, stories, whatever fits the moment)
• Identify moments in real time — lighting, energy, people, food, all of it
• Pitch ideas and storylines to leadership that are actually worth making
• Manage posting across platforms without making it feel templated or forced
• Stay on top of trends — and know which ones to ignore
OUR IDEAL PERSON:
• You’ve done this before, you're hungry & you can't stop thinking about this stuff
• You have a strong eye — composition, lighting, timing, detail
• You know how to shoot in fast-moving, real environments (not staged studio shoots)
• You can edit your own work — efficiently and with taste
• You understand pacing, music, captions, and what makes people stop scrolling
• You don’t need constant direction — but you’re not a know-it-all either
• You’re comfortable being in the mix — kitchens, bars, dining rooms, events
WHAT IT’S NOT:
This is not a “post three times a week and call it a day” kinda gig.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Prolonged periods of typing
- Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e. working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers
- Able to lift at least but not limited to 25 pounds and if more than 50 pounds must be with assistance
- Travel to varies worksites as well as event locations
