- Deep experience managing technology environment stability and availability, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices for incident management, change management, and service delivery.
- Proficiency in system support principles, focusing on process automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies, including delivery projects and implementations.
- Expertise in search and analytics engines like Splunk and Datalog for log analysis and insights.
- Skills in workflow design, data analysis, and requirements identification/specification to optimize processes.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
- Competence in programming languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, or Java for development and integration.
- Experience with production support systems like ServiceNow, automated deployment pipelines, and Jenkins.
