Location: NYC NY
On-site/Remote/Hybrid: First Month 5 days Onsite, after that based on the performance evaluation 3 days onsite/2 days remote.

Role Summary
This role leads the execution and delivery of complex, cross-domain technology initiatives within the Client-IT Enterprise Strategy & Architecture (ESA) division. It combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical and program management expertise, working closely with architecture teams across Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Platform, Data & AI, Application, and Network domains.
The Program Manager also partners with key IT functions — including Capital Projects, Operational Technology, Infrastructure & Operations, Product, and Cybersecurity — to ensure cohesive delivery aligned with business goals. A critical focus of the role is developing executive dashboards and performance metrics to assess employee bandwidth, optimize resource allocation, and provide visibility into project health. The consultant will support leadership in driving operational efficiency and long-term strategic planning.

Responsibilities
- Program Oversight & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional technology initiatives across ESA domains
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Apply Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMBOK, Waterfall) frameworks
- Track performance using KPIs and OKRs; drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to meet delivery goals
Architecture Collaboration & Technical Coordination
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Platform, Data & AI, Application, and Network teams
- Ensure alignment with Clients architecture standards and strategic roadmap
- Support integration of on-premises systems with cloud-based solutions
- Document system designs, governance frameworks, and implementation guides
Executive Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Build dashboards to visualize team capacity, resource allocation, and
- project health
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Support strategic planning and operational decision-making
Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership
- Collaborate with Capital Projects, OT, Infrastructure, Product, and Cybersecurity teams
- Supervise 10–20 staff; provide coaching and performance feedback
- Manage team priorities, resource supply/demand, and operational readiness
- Represent ESA in technical discussions, planning sessions, and industry forums
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
- Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and performance evaluations
- Drive innovation and process improvements across ESA systems
- Ensure quality control and compliance across all deliverables
