Familiarity with PeopleSoft Procurement & Financial Modules, ServiceNow Asset/Contract management, and Beeline Vendor Management System.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and equipment.
• Strong MS Office skills or comparable applications; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to perform high-volume work accurately and independently.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Advanced Excel & Data Analytics: Mastery of XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Power Query; foundational SQL or Python for data extraction is a strong plus.
• Data Visualization & BI: Experience building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to track infrastructure spend.
• IT Financial Management (ITFM): Foundational understanding of CapEx/OpEx treatment, variable cloud billing models (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), and SaaS license tracking.
• Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Ability to manage rolling financial models, track actual spend against projections, and isolate cost variances.
