The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Property Administrator (PA) to be the frontline support for our commercial tenants and vendors. You’ll keep communication flowing, coordinate service requests from start to finish, and help ensure our properties run smoothly day-to-day.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants and vendors (phone/email/text/work order system)
- Manage and track service requests/work orders: intake, scheduling, follow-ups, updates, and close-out
- Coordinate maintenance/vendors to ensure work is completed thoroughly and on time
- Support tenant experience by communicating clearly, proactively, and professionally
- Manage key vendor admin items (COIs, bids/proposals, purchase orders, routing for signatures, document filing)
- Maintain accurate records and system hygiene across internal platforms (work orders, task tracking, tenant/vendor files)
- Assist the Real Estate Manager/team with property admin support (tenant notices, reporting coordination, inspection follow-up, operational tracking)
- Help route urgent issues using internal escalation protocols when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years experience as a property admin in the commercial real estate industry
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication
- Highly organized with great follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and Asana
- Experience with Yardi
- Familiarity with Angus or similar work-order platforms is a huge plus
- Interest in building a career in commercial real estate management
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$30/hour (non-exempt; overtime eligible)
