- Serve as the go-to liaison between sales, operations, freezers, and logistics partners
- Keep systems accurate and current across every platform — no detail too small
- Catch and resolve discrepancies in shipments, billing, and operations before they escalate
- Review trade costs on every order and flag anything that drifts from plan
- Generate reports and surface commercial and operational insights that drive decisions
- Ensure every shipment is compliant, documented, and audit-ready

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to have traded proteins or commodities before — that’s what we’re here for. You do need:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Attention to detail that borders on obsessive — in global trade, the details are the job
