Key Responsibilities
- Lead the credit underwriting process, including in-depth financial analysis and risk assessment of customers across global markets
- Oversee collections strategy and execution, ensuring timely resolution and strong cash flow performance
- Manage and optimize cash portfolios, balancing liquidity, exposure, and growth objectives
- Evaluate and monitor customer creditworthiness, particularly within multi-national accounts
- Handle claims and support resolution processes in alignment with company policies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and risk management procedures
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in credit underwriting, financial analysis, collections, or risk management within a corporate environment
- 3 years of experience managing and developing teams
- Experience working with multi-national customers or in a global business environment strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and financial analysis tools preferred
- Ability to respond to time-sensitive matters outside of standard working hours
