Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant for a full-time, on-site position at our Irvine, CA location. The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing general ledger accounting, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts. This role includes analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Working collaboratively with internal teams, this position involves contributing to financial planning and supporting audits.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems), financial data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Expert in handling Banking transactions.

- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within Mobility or Digital Engineering industries
