InterOffice is a locally owned, MillerKnoll-authorized commercial furniture dealership with showrooms in Fargo and Bismarck, ND. Since 2001, we've helped businesses across the region create workspaces. We're a close-knit team of 15, and we're looking for the right person to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
We're hiring an experienced Office Manager to own our day-to-day financial recordkeeping and HR administration. This is a dual-focus role in a small-business environment — ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable wearing a few different hats.
What You'll Do
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and AP/AR-related inquiries
- Administer employee benefits enrollment and maintain accurate HR records
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires
- Support ownership with HR communications, reporting, and administrative needs
- Keep office systems, processes, and documentation organized and current
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-starter who manages competing priorities well in a small-business setting
