Consultative Sales Leadership
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the Idealease segment.
- Lead cross-functional teams in adopting a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach—positioning the company as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
- Design and execute customer-centric strategies that deliver tailored solutions, drive measurable value, and foster long-term loyalty.
- Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of messaging, strategy, and execution across the customer journey.
- Build strong internal relationships to address segment-specific needs—from product innovation to enhanced service delivery.
- Serve as a connector between sales and other departments, ensuring customer insights and frontline feedback inform broader business decisions.
- Champion the strategic importance of the Idealease segment across the organization, advocating for resources, visibility, and prioritization.
- Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to influence executive decision-making and support innovative growth initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to inspire cross-functional excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 12 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
- At least 4 years of management experience
- Master’s degree
- At least 10 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
- At least 4 years of management experience
- At least 14 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge
- At least 4 years of management experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
