International’s Huntsville Powertrain Plant is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join its first shift team. This leadership role is central to driving operational excellence, applying Lean Manufacturing principles, and managing production teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. As the primary point of contact for daily operations, you’ll be responsible for ensuring production meets safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
In this role, you’ll lead efforts to enhance process capability, reduce absenteeism and workmanship issues, and optimize materials and tooling. You’ll provide technical leadership in Lean initiatives such as line balancing, 5S, and real-time process management, while also managing budgets, labor resources, and workforce schedules.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of production or manufacturing experience OR a master’s degree with one year of experience, OR a minimum of five years of relevant experience. U.S. work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available.
