In this role you will be responsible for managing the cost and scope of the reconditioning process for UTO’s used truck inventory in preparation for resale. In this role, you will work directly with dealer service departments to provide clear repair direction and collaborate with UTC General Managers to execute reconditioning strategies that meet cost-per-unit goals and turnaround targets. You’ll also be expected to present and demonstrate repair cost strategies and outcomes to leadership.
To qualify, candidates must have either a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of customer service experience and technical product knowledge, a master’s degree, or a minimum of four years of relevant experience. All applicants, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. Employment sponsorship is not available for this position.
Ideal candidates will be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and have experience presenting to UTO management. Familiarity with truck repair processes and triage is highly valued, and Power BI experience is a plus.

Salary : $59,200 - $88,800
