In this role, you’ll take ownership of MES operations and become the heartbeat of digital manufacturing at one of our most critical facilities. You’ll solve complex system challenges in real time, anticipate problems before they hit production, and guide long‑term enhancements that unlock better quality, stronger reliability, and smoother flow across the entire plant. The workweek runs Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional Fridays as needed.

Candidates must have either a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience supporting / implementing ERP/MES systems and applications, OR a master’s degree with a minimum of three years of related experience OR at least eight years of hands‑on enterprise systems experience. At least one year in leadership capacity is required. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
