TRATON, a global leader in commercial vehicles with brands like Scania, MAN, International, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus, is building a unified global R&D organization. TRATON USA’s R&D team is hiring a Product Cost Controller to support this transformation. This role is onsite in Lisle, IL.
This role manages product cost structures across the lifecycle, from concept to release, and collaborates with cross-functional teams across TRATON brands. Responsibilities include building Bills of Materials, defining target costs, tracking profitability, and presenting cost data to support strategic decisions.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of finance or accounting experience, a master’s degree with 1 year, or 5 years of relevant experience. U.S. work authorization is required. Ideal applicants bring expertise in target costing, cost management in matrix organizations, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and strong communication skills. International experience is a plus.

Salary : $87,200 - $130,800
