Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a Communication and Graphics Administrator. The selected individual will be responsible for crafting and distributing press releases, managing internal and external communications, and supporting strategic communication initiatives. The role also includes overseeing corporate branding materials, managing graphic design projects, and ensuring alignment with the organization's messaging and branding standards. Some website maintenance is required of the applicant so familiarity with Wordpress is a must. Additionally, this role will collaborate with various teams to create impactful communication assets and maintain the association's professional image.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in crafting engaging email campaigns and developing effective Corporate Communications strategies
- Strong experience in Communication and Strategic Communications to support organizational objectives
- Expertise in managing Internal and External Communications to foster clear messaging across stakeholders
- Excellent graphic design skills and familiarity with design software is an advantage
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience in the maritime or yachting industry is a plus
