Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the client base and identifying new business opportunities
- Assist in developing and refining sales reporting processes using CRM systems
- Help create proposals, presentations, and business development materials
- Conduct market and data analysis to support sales strategies and outreach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and partnerships
- Support administrative tasks related to the Partnership Growth function
- Learn and apply key insights into business development and industry trends
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity or experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Hands-on experience working directly with industry leads and gain real-world exposure to growth strategy and market analysis
