As a **Community Associate** at Regus Spaces HQ, you’ll be the welcoming face of our office and the key point of contact for clients. You’ll ensure a positive and productive experience for all members, handling daily operations, assisting with client requests, and creating a thriving community of professionals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Frontline Support:** Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude. Manage all front desk activities, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls.
- **Client Services:** Assist members with administrative tasks, such as mail handling, meeting room bookings, and IT support. Provide ongoing assistance to ensure their experience is seamless.
- **Community Engagement:** Foster a collaborative and engaging environment by building relationships with clients. Encourage participation in networking events and help connect members with each other.
- **Center Operations:** Ensure the business center is running smoothly and professionally at all times. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and reporting maintenance needs.
- **Sales Support:** Promote our products and services to prospective clients and offer solutions that match their business needs. Support the Community Manager with tours and follow-ups as required.
