ITM Group is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the voice of a high-volume federal distribution facility serving more than 100 government agency customers nationwide. You will help customers in English and Spanish by phone, email, and mail: answering order and account questions, researching issues, resolving complaints, and keeping records accurate. No nights. No weekends. Federal holidays off.
What you will do:
- Provide friendly, professional customer support by phone, email, and mail, in English and Spanish
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, clarify what customers need, research issues, and resolve complaints
- Perform accurate data entry, mail processing, reporting, and database updates
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the right person
- Build strong knowledge of the center’s products, services, and policies
- Import order files and update website content as directed
What you need:
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

Additional details:
- This position is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated start in fall 2026. Selected finalists will be asked to provide a resume for inclusion in our proposal, sign a letter of intent, and may be interviewed by the government customer.
- Employment requires passing a drug test, physical examination, fingerprinting, and a federal background investigation, and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
- Work is performed on-site at a secure federal facility in Pueblo, CO. Candidates must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
