The International Student Exchange (ISE) is thrilled to announce the expansion of its high school international exchange student program in the Waco area, and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and community-minded individual to join our team as an ISE Program Representative.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with local community members and high schools to identify and screen potential host families
- Conduct interviews and home visits to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Match American host families with international high school students based on compatibility and shared interests
- Provide ongoing support to host families and students throughout the exchange experience
- Promote cultural understanding and global connection within the community
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to professionally build trust and maintain confidential relationships
- Interest in global cultures and community engagement
- Experience in education, community outreach, or customer service is a plus
About Our Students
Our exchange students are here for one unforgettable academic year, living with volunteer host families and attending local public schools for a year. They come prepared with their own spending money and medical insurance, and are excited to become part of an American host family, ready to share stories and traditions.
Compensation:
The income you'll earn is unlimited, and per placement based; potentially earning you up to $6,600 for just eight student and host family matches before Feb. 14th, as well as free domestic and international travel perks.

- Representatives are required by the U.S. Department of State to complete six in-person visits with the host family and student throughout the homestay year. Are you able to fulfill this requirement?
