As our Front Desk Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them with professionalism and warmth as they arrive. You will manage service appointment scheduling, oversee check-in and check-out processes, and answer incoming calls, directing them to the right departments. Throughout the day, you will provide real-time updates on vehicle status, coordinating with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless communication. You will also assist with loaner vehicle arrangements and insurance documentation, as well as handle payments, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
