CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist painters in preparing vehicles for refinishing
- Clean vehicle surfaces thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, and debris
- Sand panels to ensure smooth, even surfaces for paint application
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support the team in achieving high-quality finishes on every vehicle
- Follow safety protocols and company standards during all prep work
This Auto Collision Paint Prepper position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM.
YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of paint preparation experience in the auto body industry
Having 5 years of painting experience in an auto body shop or collision repair center would be a plus!
