Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Solution Consultant, Packaged

Location: McLean, VA (Final round in person)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

• Design and manage the implementation of client solutions that meet business requirements for small to midsize projects
• Create user stories for implementation, detailing the technical requirements to meet the user story acceptance criteria
• Lead client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements, where needed
• Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
• Assist in end-user acceptance testing by developing the test cases and the acceptance criteria
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions with the client and provide the user documentation required for supporting the system in the future
• Present solution options to customers, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
• Refine implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle
• Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
• Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams
• Participate in training content development and administrator and end-user training delivery

Qualifications:

• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
• Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs, and participate in system configuration when necessary
• Change management and scope control - Experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; and identifying potential risk situations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
• Communicates effectively at all levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience
• 3 years of any CRM experience; 1 years of Dynamics experience
• Hands-on experience with packaged applications
• Experience in implementing full project lifecycles
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred
