We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Analyst to support the migration of a legacy marketing portal to SFMC. This role involves working closely with IT, marketing stakeholders, and the PMO team to analyze existing systems, support data migration, and ensure seamless transition and campaign performance optimization.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a business or marketing technology environment
- Relevant internship experience in digital marketing, analytics, or IT support will be considered
Required Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua)
- Understanding of:
- Campaign configuration
- Audience segmentation

- Experience with:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

Key Responsibilities
- Support migration from legacy Marketing Portal to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Analyze existing campaign data, audience segmentation, and system capabilities
- Document current-state processes, workflows, and integrations
- Assist in data mapping between legacy systems and SFMC
- Build reporting baselines for post-migration performance tracking
- Collaborate with PMO and development teams on:
- Milestones
- Risks
- Status reporting
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Test scripts
- Issue tracking
- Resolution coordination
