What are the responsibilities and job description for the Film Director position at International Shopping Network?
ISNTV is a luxury shopping network broadcasting nationally, offering fine jewelry, rare gemstones, treasure coins, and high-end timepieces. We are expanding our production team and seeking a skilled and versatile creator to support both our live broadcasts and our filmed content.
About the Role- This position requires someone who can confidently wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, high-production environment. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of ISNTV across live television and digital media.
Responsibilities
Live Production
Operate studio cameras during live shows on Saturday & Sunday, 2:00pm–5:00pm
Assist with shot composition, lighting adjustments, and maintaining broadcast-quality standards
Work closely with the on-air host and control room team to ensure smooth, professional live segments
Filming & Editing (Monday & Tuesday)
Film cinematic product videos highlighting luxury jewelry, rare gemstones, treasure coins, and specialty items
Produce mini-documentary-style segments that showcase the story, origin, and value of each piece
Edit polished video content for use on TV, social media, and marketing platforms
Contribute creative input to improve visual storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency
What We're Looking For
Experience in camera operation, video editing, or film production
Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and storytelling
Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Reliability during live broadcast windows
A passion for beautiful visuals and luxury-oriented content
