Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage front‐office operations including phones, email, mail, visitor check‐ins, and general inquiries.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for production, purchasing, HR, and compliance documents.

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications as needed.

Production & Operations Support

  • Support production scheduling by coordinating with supervisors and tracking job progress.

  • Maintain accurate records for shipments, work orders, and production logs.

  • Communicate order updates to customers and vendors.

Purchasing & Inventory Coordination

  • Assist with ordering materials, supplies, and equipment for both office and production needs.

  • Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.

Finance & HR Assistance

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timekeeping data.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating training schedules.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ADP payroll system (preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced industrial environment.

Salary : $20 - $26
