Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary & Benefits:
This position starts at $35,000 per year, based on your skills and experience with a $2,500 sign on bonus. What You Will Do:
- Process repossessed vehicles by taking detailed photos, completing condition reports, and conducting thorough property inventories.
- Prepare vehicles for transport to various auction locations, following established procedures and safety standards.
- Provide friendly, calm, and professional service to clients redeeming their vehicles and personal property, even in stressful situations.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately to ensure compliance with lienholders and company policies.
- Monitor the lot for any deficiencies, safety concerns, or abnormalities and report them promptly to your Lot Supervisor.
- Perform other hands-on tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the lot, including working outdoors in various weather conditions.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role (lot, yard, warehouse, inventory, or automotive environment) demonstrating reliable process management or inventory handling.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to adapt and respond proactively to the needs of a busy lot in a growing, new market.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (such as Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems).
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Comfort with physical work, including walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in different weather conditions.
