International Quality Homecare Corporation is seeking an RN to provide Homecare Nursing Services to clients in West Bend WI, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct nursing care and treatments following the client's care plan
. Provides services in a timely and reliable manner. Offers flexibility in working around client schedules where applicable.
- Demonstrates ability to assess client needs while educating clients and their families regarding pertinent health information.
- Functions as a patient advocate by prompting patients’ rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Follows all safety guidelines and universal precautions while performing nursing duties. Reports all accidents appropriately and promptly. Initiates appropriate preventive/rehabilitative procedures. Demonstrates International Quality Homecare’s values of faith, integrity, respect, professionalism, and teamwork. Displays a courteous, honest, and kind demeanor to ensure the client feels safe and secure.
