International Quality Homecare is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Client Services Processor to join our team at our Corporate Office in Rochester, MN. In this position, you will perform key administrative and operational duties within the Client Services department, ensuring that service agreements, authorizations, and client files are accurately managed to support high-quality homecare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Process client referrals, admissions, and discharges in a timely manner.
- Request, monitor, and follow up on client service agreements and payor authorizations.
- Maintain and update client records and service schedules within the corporate database.
- Conduct Electronic Visit Verification (EVV/EVS) checks and prepare operational reports.
- Track authorized service hours and client visits to prevent unauthorized service delivery.
- Evaluate and review ongoing services provided against current agreements and authorizations.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Manager and team on administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Education: Associate Degree in Health Services Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare administration, homecare operations, or medical billing/authorizations.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with healthcare databases/EMR systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
