The Job You Will Perform

• Oversee the operations and staff of the Warehouse
• To manage all aspects of the daily operation of the Warehouse
• Schedule shipments in Witron for the warehouse, prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, and other required forms.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and recordkeeping related to operations and logistics.
• Support office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and organizing documents.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or facilitate smooth workflow.
• Provide general operational support across departments as needed as assigned.
• Responsible for tracking inventory, cycle counts
• Works closely with Customer Service
  
  

The Shipping Coordinator interacts with external partners on a daily basis to ensure that orders are being loaded and shipped safely and accurately. This person is responsible for billing customers, managing the administration of records and inventory of finished goods, as well as other duties as assigned.

The Skills You Will Bring
A successful candidate will have:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated competence to work:
• With minimum supervision
• Communicate effectively with all levels in workforce
• Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
• Communication with diverse drivers/trucking industry
