Position Title: Clamp Truck Driver
Pay Rate: Starting rate is $23.50/hour After 90 Days/Job Qualification Review pay increases to $26.59/hour
Sign-on and Retention Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months.
Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time Monday-Friday / Some Saturdays
2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)

The Job You Will Perform
- Locate and transport roll stock to the corrugator and perform other service functions to support corrugator operations
- Load/unload rail cars/semi-trucks
- Report to the corrugator shift supervisor for the shift to which they are assigned
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
- Orienting/turning roll stock at the direction of the machine operator
- Maintaining organized in-process inventories
- Communicating line-ups to other shifts
- Conveying nonessential stock to alternate storage areas as needed
- Keeping the supervisor informed of any problems and /or unusual situations
- Maintaining work areas to plant standards of housekeeping
- Maintaining teamwork with corrugator machine crews and other associates
- Following prescribed practices in all circumstances
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Cross training as needed
- Forklift/roll clamp experience a plus, but will provide on job training
- Stable work history
- Excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work in a team environment
- Ability to perform the duties/responsibilities of the job with or without accommodations
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler
- Ability to use basic shop math
- Ability to learn, follow instructions, ask questions and work effectively as a member of a team
