- Starting Pay: $21.74
- Shift Premium: $1.00/hr for night shift
- Schedule: Overnight shifts on a rotating 48/36-hour schedule (approximately 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Training: First two weeks on day shift
- Profit sharing plan

By applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton, as the Clamp Operator:
- This position is part production and part material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Operate a forklift to transport, stack, load, and retrieve materials safely and efficiently.
- Candidates should expect an active role and will not be operating a lift for the full shift.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with material movement.
- Ensure loads are secure and properly handled to prevent damage or accidents.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Respect Your True Nature By Putting Forward Your Strengths
- Experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, and electric pallet jack preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Ability to load/unload materials and lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach, and stand for long periods
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Extrusion department background would be ideal.
