Responsibilities

- Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage production scheduling, planning, and execution utilizing ERP systems such as SAP and MRP modules to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Oversee manufacturing management systems, including quality control processes, mechanical maintenance, and assembly line operations.
- Analyze production data using Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics tools to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Foster cross-functional communication among teams including engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance to optimize overall plant performance.
- Lead team development initiatives, promote safety culture, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong leadership in plant management roles.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, MRP modules, and production management systems essential for effective operations planning.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma certification preferred, with practical experience applying process improvement methodologies.
