• Spine Colorado is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE), employed Interventional Physiatrist to join our growing, physician-owned and led organization. We are the regional leader in comprehensive spine care, delivering high-quality, patient-centered treatment across the full continuum of spine and musculoskeletal conditions.
  
  

This position is focused exclusively on interventional spine care. The role does not include medication management, allowing the physician to practice at the top of their license with an emphasis on procedural excellence, outcomes, and efficiency. Fellowship training in Interventional Pain or Spine is strongly preferred.

We are also in an exciting phase of growth, including the development of a brand-new, state-of-the-art Medical Office Building, scheduled for completion in approximately one year. This facility will further expand our ability to deliver coordinated, efficient, and patient-focused spine care.

Compensation and Structure

• Employed position
• Guaranteed base salary at MGMA 25th Percentile of $280,000, with significant production bonus structure opportunity
• Strong infrastructure and referral base to support rapid ramp-up
