FULL-TIME PHYSIATRIST (ADULT)- OUTPATIENT CLINIC
Outpatient Interventional Musculoskeletal Spine Physiatrist
GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN
Physiatrist to provide interventional spine and musculoskeletal procedures, EMG’s, evaluations, and care for spine and musculoskeletal patients. Physician would split time between Mary Free Bed Grand Rapids clinic (attached to Mary Free Bed’s 139-bed acute rehab & 48-bed sub-acute facility) and Mary Free Bed at Spartan Nash YMCA Clinic in Greater Grand Rapids surrounding area. Opportunity to work with Mary Free Bed PM&R Residents and medical students. Position will be Monday-Friday, with an inpatient weekend call requirement ( approx 1 in 8) at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Essential Job Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- State of Michigan Medical License
- Board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Completion of Interventional Spine and/or Pain Fellowship
