International Motors is hiring entry-level and experienced warehouse Material Handlers. This is a temporary full-time position, starting on October 6 with potential for full-time employment.
Starting Pay: $17.74 per hour
Standard Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Medical benefits start on the first day of employment.
In this role, you will be:
- Receiving, binning, picking, packing and shipping customer orders in a safe, productive, and error free manner.
- Operate various equipment including Electric Stock Chasers, Reach Trucks, and Stand-Up Dock Trucks.
This position requires lifting up to 75 lbs., and includes climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, walking and standing for long periods of time. All employees must wear safety shoes and approved eye protection.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk 67-100% of the time
- Ability to climb a ladder and/or stairs
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Must wear safety shoes and approve eye protection
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
- Operate an electric stock chaser
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
