Position Overview
We are looking to add a Senior Procurement Analyst-IT to join our team in Lisle!
The Senior Procurement Analyst-IT will support technology initiatives within the Procurement IT landscape, with emphasis on Source to Contract (S2C) systems and digital procurement solutions.
This is a hands on, execution focused individual contributor role—ideal for someone who actively performs the work rather than managing, delegating, or overseeing others.
Responsibilities
- Directly support system configuration, enabling integrations, and working closely with IT and Procurement stakeholders to deliver S2C technology capabilities across platforms such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, or similar and integration of these capabilities to other systems and processes.
- Perform the Lead Business Analyst role for the Source to Pay value stream across several Procurement applications
- Provide updates to IT and Business Leadership
- Lead project teams to ensure milestones are met
- Work with the business and IT team to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
- Design, implement, and support automated, reliable, and available IT solutions
- Document current business processes and analyze for opportunities to improve
- Work with Developers to ensure projects are on track and meet expectations
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of business analyst experience
- At least 1 years of lead experience
OR
- Master's degree and at least 3 years of business analyst experience
- At least 1 years of lead experience
OR
- At least 8 years of business analyst experience
- At least 1 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements

Desired Skills
- Experience with Sourcing, Contract Management, and Procure to Pay processes
- Experience with Ivalua and SAP applications a plus
- Experience with Supplier Management including Scorecard
- Experience with customizations/integrations
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Quality related workflows or data—such as supplier qualification, supplier performance information, or other supplier quality processes

Salary : $118,400 - $177,600
