Graphic Designer
Location: Nampa, ID
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends or holidays)

International Minute Press – the world’s largest print, marketing, and design franchise – is hiring a Graphic Designer for our commercial print shop in Nampa, ID. We’re a fast-paced team that creates high-quality print and marketing materials for businesses across the Treasure Valley. If you’re creative, organized, and passionate about design, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Design logos, marketing materials, and other business collateral
- Layout and typeset various print projects
- Prepare print-ready files (bleeds, crops, fonts, links, and colors)
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and bring their vision to life
- Create custom quotes for print jobs
- Review job specs and ensure artwork meets production standards
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for print design and production
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with digital, offset, or wide-format printing
- Experience preparing quotes or working directly with clients
