Digital Advertising Specialist — IMS
Reports to: Director of Marketing Technology
Role Summary
Manage paid search and social advertising across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Amazon, and Meta to drive profitable growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax) for DTC (BigCommerce)
- Manage Microsoft/Bing Ads campaigns and mirror/adapt Google account structure
- Manage Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, applying "spend defends rank" framework
- Monitor CPC, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS across all platforms; reallocate budget based on performance
- Own keyword strategy, negative keywords, bid adjustments, and audience targeting across search platforms
- Weekly cross-channel spend/sales reporting; flag anomalies or rank/traffic shifts early
- Support Meta paid social as channel matures
- Partner with Andre on budget allocation and channel strategy
Requirements
- 2 years managing Google Ads (Search/Shopping/PMax) — required
- Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads — required or strongly preferred
- Amazon Ads experience — preferred
- Comfortable with spend/sales data analysis in Excel
- Bonus: Meta Ads, e-commerce/CPG background
