Role Overview:The Operations & Marketing Assistant will support our growing team by blending marketing execution, advertising operations, and light administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive individual eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a critical role in helping ensure smooth campaign delivery, strong coordination with stakeholders, and operational excellence across our brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Support
• Assist with setting up, scheduling, and sending marketing campaigns.
• Support advertising operations, campaign management, and reporting.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), for content production.
• Support organic social media team (My Hero 360®)
• Internal & external ‘run of show’ support
Operations & Administrative Support
• Provide light administrative assistance and manage special projects.
• Assist with data operations, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Collaborate across shared services (editorial, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution.
Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools. (ei. AI)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to travel once per quarter.
Preferred Experience• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Prior experience with email service providers.
• Familiarity with advertising operations, campaign management, or digital marketing.
• Experience coordinating with external stakeholders (clients, content creators, or KOLs).
