Associate, Marketing Operations at a Leading Private Credit Manager in NYC
A $90B market-leading private credit manager based in NYC is looking to add an Associate in Marketing Operations to their team. This is a cross-functional, operations-driven role supporting the Marketing COO and Head of Marketing across vendor management, process development, budget reporting, project management, and executive stakeholder communications.
— 3 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
— Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI
— Familiarity with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics a plus
— Responsibilities span managing firmwide marketing projects, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, coordinating senior stakeholder approvals, and tracking department-wide KPIs
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus
