About the Role: As a Library Media Specialist at the International Game Fish Association, you will play a crucial role in preserving and promoting the world's most remarkable single-topic collection on big-game angling. Your primary responsibilities will include updating and organizing the library and its database, developing digital content, and working closely with other departments to achieve our goals.
You will have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of library information organization and research skills to maintain the library and its assets, tell the library's stories through engaging digital content, and collaborate with senior staff and trustees to compile key achievements. Additionally, you will assist with monthly inventory counts, cross-train on inventory management processes, and support the Development team with online auctions and other projects.
We are looking for someone with a strong passion for the international recreational fishing community, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of our team.
