SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets), bingo paper and bingo dabbers.
The Inside Sales Support will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. This role is primarily focused on managing contracts and contract logs, updating sales numbers for both American Games and International Gamco, backing up sales representatives by managing orders and products needed, working with the Sales department to manage the department's reprints, generating monthly emails with new game presell information, managing and updating custom inventories for top accounts along with distributing to our customers. All reports are currently generated through Excel. Communication amongst other departments is necessary to complete tasks.
The qualified candidate for this position will have experience in handling sales and/or related customer support functions, have excellent communication skills and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel. Successful individuals in this role will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Selling charitable pull tabs and bingo paper and taking customer orders.
- Generating and managing departmental reports and tools, order entry, shipment tracking, product returns, credit processing, inventory updates and customer follow ups.
- Conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through multiple venues (e.g. phone, email, webinar, etc.).
- This position will consist of direct sales as well as departmental support, so candidates must be flexible within their daily routine.
- Daily interaction with customers.
- Ensure contracts are accurate, logged, routed and tracked on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approach.
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to team members.
- Updating sales numbers and sending the reports to the team members.
- Prioritize and complete work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Serve as a back-up to other team members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and collaborative skills.
- Candidates must possess sales and marketing acumen to develop leads and explain features and benefits of manufactured products to existing and prospective customers.
- Highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a diverse environment.

Irregular hours and extra hours are regularly required based on the demands of the job. Position is overtime eligible.
